This of course is a very good question.
The answer to which is that basically we are a strange bunch with a
mixture of jobs. We have a telecom engineer, a solicitor, a
programmer, a designer, a housewife, a glue salesman (strange guy!),
a pro photographer, a builder, a student, an optician and many other
interesting(?) professions. But we all have a number of things in
common - we enjoy taking pictures and we like looking at girls!
(We've tried male models - it didn't work!)
If you feel you also like taking pictures rather than talking about
them then come and join us. We have but a few simple rules...
Our very simple rules -

If you want the model to do something then damn
well ask! If she (or he) say's yes then fine, but if she (or he)
says no then that is final!

Don't insult the model. Insult the members -
they're used to it! (And there are more of them!)

You pay when you book - If you don't turn up on
the night then tough! (It ain't that difficult to get someone to
stand in for you!)

The committee is always right - One day we'll form
a committee!

In case of doubt or if the (non-existent)
committee is wrong - Apply rule 4
